1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the Just Click India platform, including our website, mobile application, products, and services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms & Conditions. These terms apply to the Company, Vendors, Service Providers, and Customers. If you do not agree, please discontinue use immediately.

2. Roles & Definitions

• "Company": Refers to Just Click India Pvt Ltd, owner of the platform.
• "Vendor": Businesses or individuals registered to list and sell products through our platform.
• "Service Provider": Independent professionals offering services (carpenters, electricians, plumbers, etc.).
• "Customer": Any individual or business purchasing products or booking services through our platform.
• "Platform": Our website, application, and related digital services.

3. User Accounts

All Customers, Vendors, and Service Providers must create an account to access services. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information during registration
• Maintain confidentiality of login credentials
• Accept full responsibility for all activities under your account

4. Vendor Terms

• Vendors must provide accurate business details (GSTIN, PAN, bank account, address).
• Vendors are responsible for the authenticity, quality, and legality of the products they list.
• Vendors must comply with all applicable laws including GST, consumer protection, and e-commerce rules.
• Orders must be processed, packed, and shipped on time as per platform standards.
• Payments will be settled after deduction of platform fees, Razorpay charges, and applicable taxes.
• Vendors are responsible for uploading GST-compliant invoices for each sale.

5. Service Provider Terms

• Service Providers must ensure they are qualified, licensed (where applicable), and legally permitted to offer their services.
• Service Providers are independent contractors and not employees of the Company.
• Service Providers agree to maintain professional standards, provide accurate service details, and complete bookings as accepted.
• Service Providers are solely responsible for taxes, permits, and compliance with applicable laws.
• Payments to Service Providers will be settled after deduction of platform fees and applicable taxes.

6. Customer Terms

• Customers agree to provide accurate information when booking services or purchasing products.
• Payments must be made in full at the time of booking or purchase.
• Customers must ensure safe access for Service Providers to perform services.
• Cancellations and refunds will follow our Cancellation & Refund Policy.

7. Payments & Fees

All transactions are processed securely through our payment gateway. The Company charges a platform/service fee on each transaction. Vendors and Service Providers will receive payouts net of fees and applicable GST/TDS deductions.

8. Liability

• The Company is a facilitator and is not directly responsible for the quality, safety, or legality of services/products offered by Vendors or Service Providers.
• Any disputes between Customers, Vendors, or Service Providers must be resolved amicably. The Company may assist but is not liable for damages or losses.

9. Intellectual Property

All platform content, logos, and branding belong to Just Click India. Vendors and Service Providers retain rights to their listings and materials but grant the Company a license to display them.

10. Termination

The Company may suspend or terminate access of Customers, Vendors, or Service Providers for breach of terms, fraud, or misuse of the platform.

11. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Tamil Nadu, India.
