Order Cancellation

Customers may cancel orders before dispatch. Once shipped, cancellations will not be accepted.

Service Cancellation

Services may be cancelled or rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice. Late cancellations may incur fees.

Refund Eligibility

• Refunds are applicable only for defective, damaged, or wrongly delivered products.
• Items must be unused, in original packaging, and reported within 7 days of delivery.
• Service-related refunds are processed if service quality is not met as per commitment.

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5-10 business days after verification.

• Products on clearance sale
• Used or damaged items not caused by us
